这是一场通过肢体的相互引导而发生的即兴舞蹈表演，参与者将充分运用身体的可能性相互引导，如脚、膝、臀、心、肩、肘，或者拍档的小指点你的头顶、他/她的肘与你的手腕等，通过这些局部而牵动整个身体，使身体进入一种因对他人的依赖而产生的无意识状态，当然这些关系在进行的过程中互相转化。舞蹈表演分为两堂，每堂约1小时左右。表演所播放的背景音乐都是艺术家自己制作的。

《1/4mm》是一个超现实倾向的凶杀影片，看似日常的细节和环境营造了整个影片的基本情绪。女主人公徜徉在幻想和真实的封闭空间内。
《1/4mm》是一个更接近于剧场类型的作品，影片本身营造了一系列非真实的诡异景象。将它从剧场放映的形式转变为公共空间的一部分，并非是要强化影片的真实性，空间是作为影片情绪的某种延伸，试图去寻找影片情绪与所选择的公共空间之间的含混联系。

1/4mm is a surreal thriller movie, set in a seemingly ordinary environment. The heroine, though physically living in the same space as all of us, constantly wanders around fantasy and reality.
To show 1/4mm in public space instead of a theater does not aim to enhance the sense of reality. Public space can be considered as certain extension of the movie. The vague relationship between the spirit of the movie and the public space selected is what interests the artist to make the decision.

语言课程
游走于上海街头，协调语言如同协调其他有形障碍一样重要。来自中国各地、甚至世界各地的人如潮水般蜂拥而至，各种语言、方言、口音与本地语言一起构成了这个城市的声音环境。艺术家本人也是这座城市的新鲜人，初来乍到，第一天便开始了自己的语言课程之旅，点点滴滴，从生活中积累。
语言课程可以看作是一个简单、诗意的公共画谜，用物体展示上海的面貌。这幅画谜将在城市街道上以互动投影的形式展示。事先艺术家将拍摄数百幅上海标志性物体、地点、甚至人物的照片。艺术家和他的团队将为各种文字配上图像。由于字幕将会在公共场所进行展示，路人也可以有机会贡献自己的想法，进一步激发语言课程项目的发展。附带文字或许只起到象征性符号的作用，与图像完美结合；但是它们也可能成为活泼生动的深层语言“课程”，截然不同于我们从课本或课堂上接触到的。
LANGUAGE LESSONS
Moving through social space in Shanghai, is as much about negotiating language as negotiating physical obstacles. Waves of migrants from all over China and the world have literally flooded the city, resulting in a rich swirl of languages, dialects, accents and vernacular speech that make up the soundscape of the city. As a newcomer, my day is made up of language lessons; parsed out in small increments and forged by necessity. Just today I learned 10 ways to say “yes.”
LANGUAGE LESSONS offers a simple, poetic, public rebus which reflects contemporary Shanghai in the objects it represents and the words attached to them. The publicly constructed rebus should be displayed on one large scale LED screen placed in a public thoroughfare in the city. Hundreds of photographs of iconic Shanghai objects and places and even people will be taken in advance and placed in a web-based grid that is set to refresh intermittently. Myself and my team of fellow artist/art students/writers will work to assign words in various languages to the images. Since we will be setting the captions in public space, it will also offer the opportunity to solicit captions from passersby provoking language lessons. The attendant texts may simply act as signifiers, aligning perfectly with the image, or, could become playful, engendering deeper language “lessons” different from those encountered in a book or classroom.
