    林布，字丁一，號六昧居士，暉福堂主。幼喜傳統藝術，肄業於浙江美術學院國畫系。1993年4月出家為僧，先後受菩薩戒及具足戒。習禪誦，好詩文，嗜書畫，工金石，精揭裱，喜收藏。


      二十餘年臨池不輟，字課成捆。涵泳於先秦兩漢，六朝碑碣間。粹古人精華，其書法樸茂典雅，出篆入分，法中求變。布白出奇，有冥周物理之妙；神清氣爽，無矯飾媚俗之態。其篆刻亦能博採眾長。俊逸蕭疏。寫心境，得古勁茂美之致；悟禪理，匯大千般若之慧。
