        为了更好的巩固“双评”工作成果，成立了以民政局局长为组长的“正行风、促发展”民主评议工作领导小组，召开了全局职工大会，制定了《逊克县民政局2005年“正行风、促发展”民主评议行风工作方案》，明确了奋斗目标，提出了在实际工作中全心全意为人民群众服务，为最需要帮助的弱势贫困群体服务，为改革发展稳定大局服务；坚持“民政为民”，服务大局，改革创新，与时俱进的工作理念，主要领导负总责，班子成员各负其责，形成了整体合力，促进了民政工作的开展。

        三、加强社会监督，增强办事透明度，完善奖惩机制
        民政局领导积极参加广播电视局开办的行风热线节目，宣传民政部门职能、职责、工作范围及有关的法律、法规，相关的国家政策、方针，接受社会各界咨询、求助、举报、定期答复办理结果，公布民政办事程序、举报电话向社会发放意见、建议征求函120份，接待上访5xxxx次；解决了影响发展的问题，干部职工队伍素质明显提高，机关作风、服务质量有了更大进步，社会和群众满意率达10xxxx。
        在“双评”的基础上进一步建立健全奖惩机制，制定了《逊克县民政局机关工作责任状》、《逊克县民政局婚姻登记责任状》，明确了责任、权利，结合县人事局国家公务员任用、考核制度，建立有效的奖惩机制，对于年终考核不达标的科室，不能评为先进科室；不达标的科室不能参加先进个人评比，并作为今后晋级、任用的参考依据。激励了全体干部职工转变作风，努力工作，提高效率，使大家心思用到抓工作，谋发展,abercrombie and fitch，干实事上来。
