虽然中央楼市调控高压依旧，“三套房停贷”等政策使得8月二手房成交量出现了短暂的停滞，但是记者昨日走访了沪上中原地产、汉宇地产及21世纪不动产等多家中介公司获悉，8月二手房的成交量已成为新政下最高的成交量，大多中介门店经理都笑言，至少比7月成交量多出30%,louboutin。而截至昨晚，记者查询上海“网上房地产”最新数据发现：住宅挂牌套数为130973套，而7月31日，上海二手房住宅挂牌套数达到 137258套,beats by dre。大约一个月时间，上海单月消化二手房近7000套。
