　　在中药饮片的排除目录中,doudoune moncler，鹿茸、冬虫夏草、燕窝、人参等滋补类中药饮片被严格限定为单味或复方均不予支付费用，而阿胶、三七、生晒参等11种中药饮片及药材则被限定为单味使用不予支付费用。
　　增加

　　有关部门要求，定点医药机构加强对临床用药合理性的监督检查。新版目录使用后，市有关部门将联手协作，促进廉价、有效药品的生产，以进一步减轻参保人员的医药费负担。
　　此外，新药品目录适用的险种范围也从原来的基本医疗保险、工伤保险扩大到生育保险。

　　市民报销范围扩大

　　鹿茸、冬虫夏草、燕窝、人参等滋补类中药饮片被严格限定为单味或复方均不予支付费用，而阿胶、三七、生晒参等11种中药饮片及药材则被限定为单味使用不予支付费用。
　　新版《上海医疗、工伤和生育保险药品目录》与国家医保药品目录接轨，将《国家医保药品目录》中的甲、乙类药品全部纳入调整后的《上海医疗、工伤和生育保险药品目录》；同时，保留了原上海医保药品目录中的大部分药品。如此一来，既保证了参保人员的基本用药，也保持了本市医保用药政策的连续性、稳定性；同时，也扩大了参保人员、临床医生的用药选择范围。

　　2009年年底，人社部发布《国家基本医疗保险、工伤保险和生育保险药品目录(2009年版)》,louboutin pas cher，要求各地结合当地实际，调整医保药品目录。
