　　在康师傅和家乐福的争端中，家乐福被认为更占主动。不过，康师傅表示，“并不担心目前的僵局”。
　　“全国商超渠道仅占公司销售总额的15%，而家乐福只是其中的一家，暂时的缺位并不会影响公司业绩。”康师傅一位内部人士对记者说，“我们在家乐福卖货是亏损的，家乐福对康师傅而言主要是一个货品展示的作用。家乐福把终端零售价调高了，但仍然想维持进货价。不光如此，不涉及涨价的桶面，消费者在家乐福卖场里也看不到了。我们不能接受‘流血经营’。”
