艺术品真的变股票了

[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]交易首日：价格翻倍[/size][/font]

[font=宋体][size=14pt]今年[/size][/font][size=14pt]1[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]月[/size][/font][size=14pt]12[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]日，天津文化艺术品交易所（简称[/size][/font][size=14pt]“[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]天津文交所[/size][/font][size=14pt]”[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]）将津派画家白庚延的两幅中国山水画《黄河西来决昆仑咆哮万里触龙门》（简称《黄河咆哮》）和《燕塞秋》正式上线申购。两件尺幅巨大的国画作品估价分别为[/size][/font][size=14pt]600[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]万元和[/size][/font][size=14pt]500[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]万元，投资份额也相应为[/size][/font][size=14pt]600[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]万份和[/size][/font][size=14pt]500[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]万份，每一份艺术品份额价格为[/size][/font][size=14pt]1[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]元，也就是说，投资者花[/size][/font][size=14pt]1[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]元就可以拥有《黄河咆哮》六百万分之一的权益。[/size][/font][size=14pt]

[font=宋体][size=14pt]上市条件：机构鉴定专家审核[/size][/font]
[font=宋体][size=14pt]内地首次艺术品份额交易涨势喜人，与中国股市的萎靡不可同日而语。首日的大涨得益于[/size][/font][size=14pt] “[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]逢新必炒[/size][/font][size=14pt]”[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]、[/size][/font][size=14pt] “[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]许好不许坏[/size][/font][size=14pt]”[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]的市场心理预期，也有两只份额此前公开申购时中签率不到[/size][/font][size=14pt]50[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]％的市场饥饿因素，而艺术品份额市场可以[/size][/font][size=14pt] “T+0”[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]交易也比股市更有诱惑力，难怪天津文交所自去年[/size][/font][size=14pt]11[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]月[/size][/font][size=14pt]22[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]日交易启动一个多月来，就有超过千人开户。据悉，开户的门槛为[/size][/font][size=14pt]5[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]万元。[/size][/font]
[font=宋体][size=14pt]针对投资者担心的交易艺术品真伪、资金安全性以及升值潜力等问题，天津文交所表示，拟上市的艺术品都需要到文物局备案，两家鉴定机构将[/size][/font][size=14pt] “[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]背对背[/size][/font][size=14pt]”[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]鉴定艺术品并出具报告，最后还要通过一个由金融、艺术品、法律三方面专家组成的[/size][/font][size=14pt] “[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]上市审查委员会[/size][/font][size=14pt]”[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]的审定才能上市。据悉，目前排队等待上市的候选艺术品已超过千件。另外，艺术品份额交易有强制交割环节，即单个投资人如持有单件艺术品份额比例达到[/size][/font][size=14pt]67%[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]，就触发要约收购，该份额停牌；如果要约收购人支付余款，则可获得该件艺术品的持有权，该件艺术品将退市，这在股市中是没有的。[/size][/font]
[font=宋体][size=14pt]外界反映：既欣喜又谨慎[/size][/font]
[font=宋体][size=14pt]对于艺术品市场出现的新现象，很多人包括艺术家都表示了欣喜和谨慎。欣喜的是份额化交易可以使更多普通投资者方便加入，中国艺术品市场将加速活跃；谨慎的是，因为新生事物太新，大家对此都抱观望态度。一位已经收到邀请洽谈份额交易事宜的上海艺术家表示，不着急，先看一看再说。[/size][/font][size=14pt]

[font=宋体][size=14pt]艺术品份额交易虽然试水成功，但艺术品天价作局的阴影或将成为份额交易市场的一项长期困扰。同样以画家白庚延为例，在拍卖市场上，长期不温不火的白庚延作品去年秋拍时突然一飞冲天，价格猛涨十倍有余，[/size][/font][size=14pt] 2007[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]年秋拍他一件名为[/size][/font]
[font=宋体][size=14pt]《巍巍太行》的作品拍出[/size][/font][size=14pt]14[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]万元，到了去年秋拍居然拍到[/size][/font][size=14pt]198[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]万元！每平方尺达到[/size][/font][size=14pt]18[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]万元左右。而此次参与份额交易的两件白庚延作品以[/size][/font][size=14pt]26[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]日收盘价计算，每平方尺在[/size][/font][size=14pt]10[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]万元左右，似乎从侧面[/size][/font][size=14pt] “[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]印证[/size][/font][size=14pt]”[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]了拍卖价。[/size][/font]
[font=宋体][size=14pt]对于画家作品价格突然大幅飙升，业内认可的触发因素一般是画家的社会地位突然大幅度上升，比如高升为某画院、美协等重要领导，要么获得重大奖项，要么创作出旷世精品被社会高度认可等。[/size][/font]
[font=宋体][size=14pt]宣家鑫认为，跟股市一样，投资艺术品份额也有风险，其中之一就是要小心份额市场将来和拍卖市场一样被天价作局者所利用，作局者一边利用公开市场大肆炒作[/size][/font][size=14pt] “[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]放卫星[/size][/font][size=14pt]”[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]，互相[/size][/font][size=14pt] “[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]印证[/size][/font][size=14pt]”[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]价格的[/size][/font][size=14pt] “[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]合理性[/size][/font][size=14pt]”[/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]，一边私下出货。[/size][/font]
[font=宋体][size=14pt]另外，宣家鑫还提醒投资者当心在份额市场上遇到赝品，上市公司即使出事故也不会马上一文不值，但如果在份额交易市场上碰到赝品，价格崩盘就会给投资者带来灭顶之灾。[/size][/font]
